Payment methods and billing

Adding a Payment Method

To add a payment method to your Bridge account:

  1. Log in to your Bridge dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Add Payment Method"
  4. Enter your card details or select another payment option
  5. Save the payment method

Bridge accepts major credit cards and debit cards. Your payment method will be used for automatic billing.

To update an existing payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find your current payment method
  3. Click "Update" or "Edit"
  4. Enter your new payment details
  5. Save the changes

Your updated payment method will be used for all future billing cycles.

Removing a Payment Method

To remove a payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the payment method you want to remove
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Confirm the removal

Important: You must have at least one active payment method if you have an active subscription. If you want to cancel, you can do so from the Manage Subscription page.

Billing Cycles

Bridge plans are billed monthly or annually:

  • Monthly: you'll be billed every month on the same date you started your subscription
  • Annual: you'll be billed once a year — $168, $348 or $888 for Link, Connect or Atlas, about a quarter less than twelve monthly payments
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Settings → Billing, under "Billing period". Your card stays as it is, and Stripe credits the time you have already paid for against the new billing period.

Invoices and Receipts

All billing transactions are automatically recorded:

  • Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle
  • Receipts are sent to your registered email address
  • You can view and download invoices from your Billing settings
  • All invoices are stored in your account for your records

Payment Processing

Bridge uses secure payment processing:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Your card details are never stored on Bridge servers
  • Payments are encrypted and PCI compliant
  • Failed payments will be retried automatically

Tip: If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.
